HOW TO MAKE ICED TEA (If you prefer Iced Coffee, check this out)


How to make plain iced tea

Preparation time – 2 minutes

Cooking time    – 2 hours 15 minutes

Total time       – 2 hours 17 minutes

Serves 2



3 tea bags or as much as you like

2 cups water

1 teaspoonful sugar (optional)

2 glassful ice



  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Pour the water into a mug then add the tea bags. Let the tea bags stay in the water for 3 minutes.
  3. Let the tea cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Add syrup sugar to taste.
  6. Serve the tea in 2 full glasses of ice.



How to make lemon iced tea

Preparation time – 5 minutes

Cooking time    -1 hour 20 minutes

Total time       – 1 hour 25 minutes

Serves 1



1 glassful of ice

1 cup of water

1 lemon

1 teaspoonful sugar (optional)

1 tea bag of black tea



  1. Boil water in a cooking pot for 2 minutes.
  2. Add sugar to taste
  3. Put a tea bag in a cup then pour the hot water in the cup. Let the tea bag stay in the cup for 6 minutes then remove it.
  4. Let the tea cool for 8 minutes, refrigerate for 1 hour then pour in a glass of ice.
  5. Squeeze lemon in a separate glass so as to harness lemon juice.
  6. Pour the lemon in the tea and enjoy the drink.



How to make strawberry iced tea

Preparation time – 5 minutes

Cooking time    – 15 minutes

Serves 5



2 cups of fresh strawberries

5 cups of water

5 cups of ice cubes

5 tea bags

3 teaspoonfuls of sugar or as you please.

2 lemons


  1. Bring the water to a boil in a boiling pot.
  2. Pour the water into a mug and add sugar while hot.
  3. Place the tea bags in the water and let them stand in the water for 3 minutes then remove them.
  4. Wash the strawberries in running water then put them in a blender. Blend the strawberries to make a paste.
  5. Sieve the strawberry paste to remove the seeds, but you can skip this step.
  6. Mix the tea together with the strawberry puree and stir. You can do this when the tea is hot or cold according to your preference; the taste will still be the same.
  7. Let the mixture cool then pour into a glasses full of ice cubes.



How to make rosemary iced tea.

Preparation time – 10 minutes

Cooking time    – 1 hour 20 minutes

Total time       – 1 hour 30 minutes



2 green tea bags

2 cups of water

4 teaspoonfuls of granulated sugar

A bunch of fresh rosemary leaves

1 glassful of ice



  1. Bring water to boil in a boiling pot.
  2. Pour water in a mug with tea bags. If you want stronger tea, use more tea bags.
  3. Put in the rosemary leaves then cover so that the rosemary’s scent is absorbed by the tea. Remove the tea bags and the rosemary leaves and dispose of them.
  4. Add granulated sugar to the tea and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Refrigerate the tea for 1 hour after it cools.
  6. Pour the tea into a glass full of ice cubes and drink.
